Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing ticket passes, booking commercial vendor stalls, or submitting partnership applications for Rudra Mahotsav organized by Mahakal Production.

1. Pass Registration & WhatsApp Pass Delivery

• Upon successful payment, attendee passes are generated and dispatched directly as a digital QR code on your registered WhatsApp number.
• Attendees must present this digital QR code pass at the entry gate scan checkpoint for validation. Physical printed passes are not required.
• Each ticket pass grants entry only to one person. Duplicated or shared QR passes will be flag-blocked at the gate scanner.

2. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

• All ticket pass sales (including 1-Month Workshop Pass and 3-Day Entry Pass) are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including changes to personal schedules, artist line-ups, or force majeure events.
• Ticket passes are non-transferable to other users or other festival seasons.

3. Stall Vendor Spaces Policies

• Stall spaces are booked at ₹10,000 for the full 3 days of the festival. All stall bookings require firm identity upload (Aadhaar) and admin approval.
• Stalls allocation layout is determined strictly by the organizer. Changing allocated spaces without written permission is prohibited.
• Vendors must comply with safety, hygiene, trash disposal, and fire hazard precautions within the food court/exhibition pavilion.

4. Traditional Dress Code & Safety Regulations

• To honor Gujarati and Navratri traditions, traditional/ethnic festive wear (Chaniya Choli, Kurta, Kediya) is highly encouraged for entry.
• Organizers reserve the right of admission. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect luggage/bags and deny entry in case of misconduct, intoxication, or possession of prohibited substances.
